Reddish had fallen out of Tom Thibodeau's rotation earlier this season and now gets a fresh start in Portland. The Knicks get a valuable guard/wing defender in Hart, who has a player option following this season.
This season, Hart is averaging 9.5 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.1 steals while shooting 50.4% from the field, 30.4% from three-point range and 73.1% from the free-throw line.
UPDATE: Michael Scotto of HoopsHype says the full deal has the Knicks trading Cam Reddish, Svi Mykhailiuk, Ryan Arcidiacano and a protected future first-round draft pick to the Blazers for Josh Hart.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski adds that the Knicks are sending the Blazers a lottery protected 2023 first-round pick that turns into four future second-round picks if not conveyed this year.
